For this, ironically, Proaves will be penalized by local authorities. However, I am sure that all who read the Stiles and Cadena article realize that that is only one side of the story. Proaves is in the process of writing up an article that covers their side of the story. This is a really unfortunate situation and everyone who I have talked with within the Proaves organization has expressed regret that an agreement could not be reached between the original discoverer, Diego Caranton and Proaves.
